anguish

an anguished heart is the worst of all

you never know how to deal with it

no sound or colour or face

can pull you out of its darkness

like a lingering shadow

its always over your shoulder

now this poem that i just made was inspired by some of the events currently inclosing my life and mind . im to the point where i dont even want to go to school ; life is a mess ;its where i dont want to talk to anyone i dont want to eat or do anything just sleep

but i know that i cant do that i cant fall back into my depression not when ive been doing so well ,i shouldnt let it happen but its becoming so hard to stay out of it
